Our work for you takes about a week from removing the units to returning them in a revitalized condition. You cannot achieve the level of finish we provide in one day, careful preparation is key in getting finish we achieve. We use state of the art workshop facilities, with a extraction system changing the air of our spray booth 30× per hour, making sure there is absolutely zero dust or overspray getting onto your units.

The Process
Revitalize The Heart Of Your Home
Consultation
This is our time to discuss why you should choose our service & help you choose colours. In these Covid times, we have also developed a straight forward, non physical consultation via WhatsApp or video communication to suit your needs and circumstances. Of course, we also offer Covid secure face to face consultations.
Let The Work Begin
Once we have arranged dates, we will come and remove the doors and drawer fronts; we do not spray in a day to achieve the finish we do. We need a week of preparation and work on a kitchen to achieve the factory finish you are looking for, each door and drawer front will be de greased, cleaned up, if there are any chips, bumps, scrapes, that need filling and repairing we will completely refurbish it giving it the Revitalization it needs.
Workshop
Each door and drawer front will be sanded down, then primed twice on each side, the prep here is the most important part of the process. Once the doors have been primed, they will be sanded back again with 320 grade sanding pads to give it that ultra smooth prep before finishing with the colour of your choice. The units will then be wrapped carefully, ready to look fantastic in your revitalized kitchen.
Your New Kitchen
We complete an on site spray all of the permanent fixtures and fittings from the corniche, end panels, kick boards, rails, leading edges etc. Before this can be sprayed, we mask everywhere off to avoid overspray and ensure that the fit and finish is equal to that of your revitalized doors and drawers.
