Full details of our warranty can be found in our Warranty Terms & Conditions, which are available below. This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.
1. Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies to all respraying services carried out by Revitalize Resprays across kitchens, bedrooms, uPVC surfaces, and furniture items. We warrant that the finish applied will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 25 years from the date of completion.
2. What’s Covered
- Peeling, flaking, or blistering of the sprayed finish
- Fading or discolouration not caused by external factors (e.g. prolonged UV exposure, cleaning chemicals)
- Application-related defects directly resulting from our respray process
3. What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or impact
- Natural wear and tear or changes due to environmental exposure
- Resprayed items that have been altered or moved from their original location after application
- Issues caused by structural movement, moisture ingress, or substrate failure
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To report an issue, please contact our customer care team at sales@revitalizeresprays.co.uk with your name, order ID, date we installed your product, and images of the affected area. A member of our team will assess the issue and, if it falls within the scope of the warranty, arrange for us to fix the issue.
5. Remedy Under Warranty
Where a claim is accepted, we will repair or reapply the affected finish at no additional cost. If that is not practical, an alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.
6. Transferability
This warranty applies solely to the original customer and is non-transferable.
7. Legal Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
