Our process begins with careful disassembly — removing doors, drawers, handles, and hinges so that every surface can be prepared and sprayed individually. This ensures complete, even coverage with no missed edges or visible overspray lines.
Our Furniture Respray Process
Assessment & Quotation
We assess each piece in person or via detailed photographs. A written quotation is provided covering every item, colour, and finish option discussed.
Collection or On-Site Setup
Freestanding pieces are collected and taken to our Denton workshop. Built-in or large items are prepared and sprayed on-site with full protection of surrounding areas.
Preparation
Surfaces are cleaned, degreased, and sanded. Dents, chips, and scratches are filled and smoothed. Hardware is removed and catalogued for refitting later.
Priming & Spraying
An adhesion-promoting primer is applied, followed by two or three coats of furniture-grade topcoat using HVLP spray equipment. Each coat is allowed to cure fully and lightly denibbed between layers.
Reassembly & Delivery
Hardware is refitted, doors are hung and aligned, and the finished piece is inspected under workshop lighting. Freestanding items are carefully wrapped and delivered back to your home.
