Terms of Service
The terms and conditions governing our services.

1. About Us
Revitalize Resprays Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a professional respraying company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern the provision of our services to you (“the Customer”).

2. Our Services
We provide professional respraying and refinishing services, including but not limited to:
- Kitchen respraying — cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, plinths, and frames in any RAL or BS colour.
- Bedroom furniture respraying — wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and fitted furniture.
- UPVC respraying — windows, doors, conservatories, fascias, and soffits.
- Furniture respraying — standalone furniture pieces, tables, chairs, sideboards, and more.
The specific scope of work will be detailed in your individual quotation.
3. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on the information provided by you and the condition of items as assessed during our survey. If, upon commencement of work, additional preparation or repair is required beyond what was reasonably foreseeable, we will notify you and agree any additional costs before proceeding.
Each quotation will specify: the scope of work, colours and finish type, estimated timeline, and the total price inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
4. Booking & Payment
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the quoted price is required. This secures your place in our schedule.
The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work, prior to final handover. We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or cash.
Work will not commence until the deposit has been received and cleared. Scheduled dates are confirmed once the deposit is received.
5. Our Obligations
We undertake to:
- Carry out all work to a high professional standard, using industry-leading techniques and equipment.
- Use only premium-quality paints, primers, and coatings suited to the specific surface being treated.
- Take all reasonable care to protect your property, including masking, sheeting, and dust extraction where applicable.
- Complete the work within the estimated timeframe, notifying you promptly of any unavoidable delays.
- Leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion.
6. Your Obligations
To enable us to carry out the work effectively, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work is to be performed at the agreed times.
- Clear worktops, shelving, and surrounding areas of personal items prior to our arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
- Inform us of any known issues with the surfaces to be treated (e.g. previous water damage, loose fittings, or structural concerns).
- Ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance from the work area during the project.
- Provide access to electrical sockets and running water as needed.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at any time. However, the following terms apply:
- More than 14 days before the start date — your deposit will be credited towards a future booking, valid for 6 months.
- Less than 14 days before the start date — the deposit is non-refundable as materials may have been ordered and the schedule allocated.
- After work has commenced — you will be liable for the cost of all work completed to date, plus any materials purchased.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, illness, supply disruptions). In such cases, we will offer alternative dates at no additional cost.
8. Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on all respraying work, covering defects in application such as peeling, flaking, or bubbling under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by impact, abrasion, misuse, or the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products.
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scuffs from everyday use.
- Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties after our work is completed.
- Movement, warping, or cracking of the underlying substrate that affects the finish.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where covered, arrange a repair at no charge.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profit, or cost of alternative accommodation during works.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Complaints

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a full response or resolution within 14 working days. Where a site visit is required to assess the issue, we will arrange this at a mutually convenient time.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
